Chairman
In addition to being Treasurer of MARLS, Saywalah Kesselly is the Executive Director of the African Center for Community Empowerment, a nonprofit organization servicing youth and families in Southeast Queens. He is the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Proposed Southeast Queens Federal Credit Union, and Vice President of the Farmers Boulevard Community Development Corp.
Previously, Saywalah served as President of the Board of Directors of Arverne Limited Profit Housing Corp; Member of York College Department of Teachers’ Education Advisory Council; Saywalah Kesselly is a graduate of Baruch College – CUNY, with a degree in Economics

Morgan Chase and Bank United. Being the Head of the Business Specialist Department. Branch Manager and Business Relationship Manager

Annette Runcie
2nd Vice Chair
Annette Runcie is the Co-owner and Manager of Pa-Nash Restaurant & EuroSoul Lounge, Inc; Co-Owner of a Golden Krust Franchise; Founder of the Alexander Youth for Success Program, a non-profit organization for the social and academic development of high school youths. Annette is passionate about the effective growth and development of all people especially of Southeast Queens, as well as economic and sustainable growth and development of its business community. Annette holds an MBA from Pace University, the Lubin School of Business.

Elizabeth Blaney
Treasurer
Elizabeth Blaney is currently the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood Housing Services of Jamaica, Treasurer of the Organizing Committee of the Proposed Southeast Federal Credit Union and member of the Board of Directors of the Farmers Boulevard Community Development Corporation. She has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center. Liz faithfully served in various capacities in the New York City Government including Deputy Public Advocate and Deputy Director of the Mayor’s Office of Community Assistance.

Ann Broglin
Secretary
Ann has been in Admission, for a numerous organizations, admitting thousand of people to Education Resources. Ms. Broglin is deeply involved with Parsons New School of Design. she has been helping them in each devision, develop solid procedures for on-boarding new students and qualifying applicants for admittance
